Hello! My name is Wayne and I'm a math specialist for Ally Learning. My career studies are in Elementary Education at Wayne State with my focus being Math K-8. I also work as a substitute teacher, behavior, and academic observer at various schools throughout the Metro Detroit area. My job is to bring my skills and strategies that make me effective from the schools I taught to help kids I tutored at Ally Learning. I know to have a successful learning experience is by having students master the basic concepts to overcome the challenging areas that they struggled with. To bring out the student’s true potential, I like to get to know the students and their parents individually. Together we build reliable support for that student and help them achieve their goals.
